Princes Court sold for £34.375M

Princes Court Limited the Company owning the Princes Court Freehold property in Knightsbridge London was sold by clients of Capital Trust Ltd to Golfrate Knightsbridge Limited. The consideration reflected a property value of £34,375,000 and the transaction completed 22/12/03.

Esme Lowe commented, “we have added considerable value to this holding over recent years and, with the current dollar/sterling pricing giving an extra value kicker to our clients equity, their total return on equity was very satisfactory”.
